How an online homeopathy consultation works

An online homeopathy consultation at Ultradilute is a two-hour video conversation with Roddy Schrock, CHP, on Zoom, followed by a remedy recommendation. It begins with a free 20-minute discovery call and continues, if you choose, through a monthly membership. Clients join from anywhere; early-morning and weekend hours cover other time zones.

Step 1: a free 20-minute discovery call

We talk, informally and with no obligation, about what you are dealing with and whether homeopathy is a sensible next step. The call is by video and you can book a time directly.

Step 2: the two-hour initial consultation

The initial consultation is a full two hours, by video, with no script. We go through your whole story: physical symptoms, sleep, energy, moods, history, the way you work, what makes things better or worse. In homeopathy there is no such thing as too much information. Underneath the noise of your symptoms is a signal driving the whole picture. We aim to find it in this consultation.

The session costs $260, one time, and includes an initial remedy recommendation, chosen from thousands of possibilities to match your specific picture, with instructions for taking it. You buy the remedy yourself, and I tell you where to get it.

Step 3: membership, for ongoing care

Complex, persistent conditions don’t resolve in isolated sessions. Membership ($60 a month, cancel anytime) is how we make improvements over time. I track your complete, evolving picture and subtle shifts across follow-up calls, and adjust the remedy as you get better. Acute care is fully included with membership. Practical details

Where: Zoom, encrypted in transit. Sessions are never recorded.

When: by appointment, with early-morning and weekend hours. Extended early-morning hours start at 5 AM Eastern on Tuesdays and Thursdays for international clients.

Acute care: colds, flus, injuries and other sudden problems are fully included with membership, with priority access by phone or text message.

Rescheduling: free up to 24 hours in advance. Later intake cancellations are charged the full session fee, which can be applied as a credit toward future care.

Payment: direct pay. Insurance is not accepted; many clients use HSA or FSA funds.

Privacy: your information is stored on encrypted servers and seen only by your homeopath. Nothing is shared without your written consent.

No AI: no machine intelligence is used at any stage of the intake or care planning. Every decision is made by Roddy Schrock.

Ultradilute offers non-medical homeopathic consulting and education.
